Residential

Residential inspection services consist of a visual inspection of the structural elements and systems which are accessible.  Depending on the needs of the client, we can perform single component inspections, combination component inspections, or full residential inspections.  Single components typically consist of structural, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and heating and air conditioning systems.  Full inspections would include the single components as well as other items such as doors, windows, interior and exterior items.  Yes, we also do pool and spa inspections.

We strongly encourage you to accompany the inspector so that you may ask questions and gain a better understanding of the systems in the home.

Commercial

Commercial Inspections typically consist of structural, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and heating and air conditioning systems.   Our relationships with other firms allows us the ability to augment our scope of services to include both environmental phase I site assessments, lead based paint surveys, and asbestos surveys.  Your advantage is that you only have to deal with one contact.

We follow the ASTM guidelines for property condition assessments and for environmental site assessments.
